Using Crowdfunding for Energy Efficiency Awareness : Ashoka Fellow Vivek Gilani
Over the past five years, I have worked in the energy efficiency space for three, and worked with organizations who work in this field for the past six months. Most recently, I had a fascinating discussion with Vivek Gilani, Ashoka Fellow and Managing Director of cBalance, a Social enterprise.
Vivek and his team have started crowdfunding campaign to raise INR 500,000 for the Fairconditioning Program. Under this very interesting project, Architects and Building Professionals will be trained in energy efficiency building design principles.
